GHS Solutions is seeking experienced Advanced Scaffolders to join our team for upcoming local and regional projects. This is an excellent opportunity for scaffolders with a minimum of 3 years experience working as an Advanced Scaffolder. We are looking for candidates with proven hands-on experience, not those who have only recently obtained their Advanced Scaffolding ticket. What We Offer: - Casual employment with immediate start
- Hourly rate of $47.50 - $52.50 depending on experience
- Work in Geraldton and Midwest Region on residential, commercial and mine site projects
- Variety of work available over the next 6-8 weeks, with potential for ongoing employment
- Opportunity for permanent employment for those looking to relocate to Geraldton
- Accommodation provided for suitable candidates travelling from outside Geraldton
About the Role
As an Advanced Scaffolder, you will be responsible for the safe erection, alteration, inspection and dismantling of scaffolding in accordance with Australia Standards while maintaining GHS Solutions' high safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities - Erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently
- Inspect scaffolds and complete required inspection checklists
- Assist with planning and preparation of scaffold works
- Complete job documentation accurately
- Work safely and contribute to a positive team culture
- Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety
About You To be successful in this role you will have: - Minimum 3 years' experience as an Advanced Scaffolder
- Current Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence
- Construction White Card
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards for scaffolding
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol screening
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current Working at Heights (essential)
- Current National Police Clearance (essential)
- Reside in Geraldton or be willing to relocate or travel to Geraldton for work
